Harry and I want to thank you for allowing us to post for a rental and a sale at the same time. As it turned out, we sold the condo long before we had to rent it. This was fantastic news and we owe it to the hard work of JOHN LUDDEN who worked diligently to get the condo sold in record time. He advised us to price it right so we could get buyers quickly. He kept us informed and answered all our questions along the way. Secondly, we want to thank KIM PRICE for her exceptional work with our closing documents. She answered all our concerns and worked to get the closing done quickly despite our challenges with our bank in Delaware. All in all, we closed on the condo last Friday and no longer have to worry about our mom having to leave her assisted living because of a lack of funds.

Extraordinary professionalism, 100% support - also in very complicated situations, Although my sale has not gone through yet ( due to big mistakes on the buyer's and his agent's side ) John is the realtor one can only highly recommend ! I asked John what he knew and thought about a couple of properties I was looking at. John took the time to thoroughly investigate them then offered excellent advice whether to proceed. I have always enjoyed speaking with John in person and by email. He is my person to go to about real estate in SW Florida.
